Hairstylist Insurance
Enhance Your Credibility as a Hairstylist
Insurance Canopy & Hairstylist Insurance
Insurance Canopy provides affordable, top notch hairstylist insurance. We provide both general and professional liability insurance to cover the most common hairstylist claims. Insurance Canopy offers coverage at affordable prices so you can protect your hairstylist or barber business and work with confidence knowing you have coverage.
Get Additional Coverage
Insurance Canopy offers endorsements, or policy options, that can be added onto your base coverage. If you are a hairstylist that rents a space at a spa or salon, you can add them as an Additional Insured to your policy for only $15 more. Other endorsements will be easy to add to your policy during checkout.
Benefit from Cyber Liability
We also offer a cyber coverage endorsement that can be added onto your base coverage. Nearly 1 in 4 businesses has experienced a cybersecurity event. If your business collects or stores customer information–including names, addresses, and payment information–that information is at risk of being stolen. Compromised or stolen customer information can make your business liable for thousands of dollars in damages, and this policy has coverage for those risks.
Purchase Easily
Insurance Canopy offers the ease of purchasing your policy online in 10 minutes or less. If you have any questions, you can chat with one of our certified insurance agents, or if you’d prefer you can give us a call. We make it easy for you to sign up through Facebook or Google and also offer the option to set up an account with your email address to purchase your policy.

Questions About Hairstylist Insurance
Hairstylist insurance covers claims related to the day-to-day operations of your hairstylist business. We know that as a trained professional, you do your best to keep your clients safe, however, unplanned incidents are bound to happen. Perhaps your client happens to react negatively to a bleach or chemical you put on their hair when dying it and their scalp gets damaged. Could you deal with the financial fallout on your own? Protect your business and do business with confidence.
Barbers and hairstylists are the two classes of beauty professionals that can purchase a Hairstylist Insurance policy from Insurance Canopy.
Being insured is an essential part of being a hair stylist or barber. It’s an important component of your business to protect your financial assets if you were to be sued as a result of your business operations. You could be held liable for common slip-and-fall accidents, client injuries or illnesses, or damages arising from your hairstylist services. The legal costs alone from any of the above could put you out of business. With Hairstylist Insurance from Insurance Canopy, you’ll be protected from common claims and have coverage in the case something does go wrong.
Hairstylist insurance, which combines both general and professional liability insurance, starts at $96 per year or $10 per month.
Choosing the right insurance is critical.
